woke up with a dollar under my pillow. It was really cool. But we don't have the tooth fairy in my family;it's a tooth basset. So I have a very firm reason to believe that Callie is the tooth basset! Look at this darling sweety-kins right here. She's so innocent. I know it's actually my dad behind all of it. But it's kinda a fun little pretend game that we do together. Just a heads up. This blog is not all gonna be about Callie. You will get to see pictures from fun things I did in my life. Hope you enjoy it!
The tooth fairy tends to be strict about the rules: No tooth, no money. The tooth basset, though, takes you at your word; you don't need the actual tooth. This is a very good thing, and when the tooth finally shows up, you can present her with it.

ReplyDeleteI remember once when the tooth fairy forgot to come for your cousin Bobby's tooth. Boy was he disappointed! But the next night she left a very sweet apology note, explaining that she had been ill and didn't want to get the children sick. And she left $5 that time instead of the usual $1. I think Bobby understood and forgave her. ♡
